The first stage in the production of any product or structure is the cutting and cutting of sheet and strip material, in our case, metal. For us, an important component in this process is the speed and quality of this process.
That is why we chose a complex of laser cutting machines for both sheet metal and pipes. This gives us the opportunity to receive parts in a short time that do not require additional manual proofing and are already ready for use as intended. Or they immediately proceed to the next stages, such as bending or welding. The advantages of the laser are speed and accuracy, and the disadvantage is the thickness, which in our case is limited to twenty millimeters. We compensate for this shortcoming with a complex of gas-thermal cutting, which increases the thickness to 100 millimeters.
