Thanks to a comprehensive approach to the design and manufacture of the product, we simplify the work for the welder as much as possible, reducing the possibility of error.
How it happens:
- First, we develop and coordinate 3D models with the customer, produce production documentation and equipment management files.
- Next, all parts are first of all made by machines, all holes, important geometric details, places of fasteners and connections are laser cut and, if necessary, bent.
- After that, the parts, together with documentation, namely drawings and 3D models, go to the welding shop. Which ensures maximum accuracy, transparency, and controllability of the production process.
- Here it is worth talking about modern welding equipment, of course, it is exactly what we have. We cook steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We must check the quality of the work performed.
Thanks to all the above, the range of products manufactured by us is sometimes surprising. Thus, at the same time, a few meters from each other, such disproportionate products as: mobile wagons for auxiliary workers - and housings of household appliances, racks and tables - and architectural elements of buildings or bridges can be manufactured.
